WORSHIP

Worshiping is a private, individual moment that comes from passion. Do you know how passionate you are?

You do not grow toward God as puppets; indeed, you are not that lucky. To be a puppet of God is the second best thing. The first is to be a fool of God.

To worship when you feel cold and alone and afraid is to feel the warmth of God's compassion. Worshiping makes your heart feel full all over. When you feel like there is nobody out there for you, you go inward and feel the Gods dance.

When you feel that you can only have contact with your Beloved, and the murties or the Gods truly do not mean that much to you, that too is grace.

Who is your Guru?  Does it matter?  My Baba said every day of his life, “I am the Guru to hundreds, even those who I am not Guru to.”  Then it changed to thousands and then it changed to millions.

Creativity? Put it in your worship; but what is worship?  Is it the same as praying?  No, it is more devout; it is less mechanical.

Worshiping is the female. Prayer is the male.  Worshiping is the female: of course, we who are not afraid of our femininity are not easily embarrassed by our joy in our Beloved or our God. We frequently bow or pranam in public, and when seen do not run in haste, but simply go on with our lives.
