THE SOUL HAS NO GENDER

As Swami Nityananda stated in his original Chidakash Gita, “The soul has no gender.” These words remain in my heart. God does not make mistakes; if you were born gay, this is the way your beloved wants you to be. Enter the light just as you are.

I have taught a very profound and deep meditation where you have to visualize yourselves as you are this moment – however you look, however old you are, whatever your shape, whether you are sick or well. Be as you are this moment, and you will see that any negativity will begin to drip from you into a crevice of the world.

There is male and female in everyone one of us. Our Baba always said to never throw anyone out of your heart and to feed everyone. He did not say to feed and care for only those who are straight!

Perhaps this Ma is getting on in years and has seen so much – the destruction of body and heart during the AIDS epidemic, my children gasping for life and death, and so much pain in the hearts of family and friends. Be aware, and don’t react to the small minds who judge. Does acceptance make children gay or straight? Not at all! They are, or they are not. I pray we will be able to drop all labels. We must love each other, take care of each other and bring love to a world that is in such need of caring that labels have no place whatsoever.

Everywhere I go, I ask people to wake up. Wake up, and know that AIDS is not over yet! Wake up, and know there are no throwaway people. Wake up, and take care of someone. Wake up to the truth of who you are.
