Your True Self

ALLOW UNWORTHINESS TO MELT

The inner self is masked by self-doubt and unworthiness. When you doubt your own self-worth, it causes you to doubt your life. Sometimes unworthiness takes us away from trusting others. You have nothing to give away to the world if you do not feel love for the creation of your life.

Having unworthiness makes it hard to live life fully. Unworthiness brings misconceptions of reality. Once you understand that you are loved completely, unworthiness begins to melt away.

Meditation will help you give up your insecurities and unworthiness. Knowledge of the self leads one to understanding. False knowledge that comes from unworthiness can only lead to pain. There is an endless flow of love coming into you. You feel happy and filled with the flow of love. It is at this time that your ego says to you, “No, I do not deserve to be happy.” Because of unworthiness you try to get out of the way of love. Be very prepared to watch out for these moments of self-doubt and unworthiness. Would it not be a wonderful life for all if you could find time every day to feel the divine glory within you, not limiting it with boundaries of unworthiness?

Your inner dialogue in the dawn of your new day sets the pace for the rest of the day. Stop all thoughts for a moment and watch your breath coming in and going out. Calm yourself this moment and feel love coming into you through your heart. This day think thoughts of compassion and kindness toward others and toward yourself. Do not ever ignore one second of love. Feel worthy of God’s love.

Every human being deserves to feel happiness. It is this thought of happiness that allows you to give up unworthiness. Using the mind when it comes to loving God is useless. It brings nothing to your life except unworthiness. Beg God to let you know that God loves you. You see, I am not saying to beg God to love you. There is no need to beg for God’s love, only for the knowledge of that love.

The darkness of unworthiness will begin to disappear as you train and teach yourself. You find more and more that you will be able to see the light, and you will not be so anxious. Surrender to the moment; know that you are loved and will always be loved, and there is nothing you can do about it. You can only acknowledge it.
