In 2008 there will are two-200 hour Kali Natha Yoga® Teacher Trainings. The first training was a weekend-based course running once a month from February to July. Kali Natha Yoga®

Kashi School of Yoga is the home of Kali Natha Yoga. This unique yoga has been developed over the course of more than 30 years by Kashi Ashram founder, Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati. Kali Natha Yoga is comprised of many unique flow series that include classical asanas, pranayama, mudras, mantras and meditations. Drawing from the ancient mystical practices of classical yoga and Eastern philosophy, this method of yoga awakens the body, increases flexibility and strength, reduces stress and creates peace of mind. Each asana series is a sacred flow that immerses the student into the spiritual and physical essence of that particular asana. Kali Natha Yoga is a yoga of transformation.
