To deepen your yoga practice, Kashi Ashram offers 200 and 300-hour teacher trainings in Kali Natha Yoga certified by Yoga Alliance. Teacher trainings are distinctly transformative and complement other yoga teachings.
Kali Natha Yoga is prayer in motion and movement with awareness. Students can practice this yoga at any age, in any physical condition. A deeply healing practice, Kali Natha Yoga is a series of yoga poses, movements and breathing techniques steeped in the energetic of Divine Feminine. Practiced together these enhance your stamina and calm your nervous system. At the end of the practice, students enjoy inner quiet and profound refreshment in body, mind and spirit.
200-Hour TEACHER TRAINING
We offer a powerful 200-hour Kali Natha Yoga Teacher Training that invites you to deepen your practice in ways that positively informs every aspect of your life. Immerse yourself in a yoga tradition that awakens the heart and offers the joy of community! You will learn to:

300-Hour teacher training
Reach greater spiritual awareness and deepen your understanding of an ancient lineage yoga imbued with the energy of the Divine Feminine. The Kali Natha Yoga 300-hour teacher training connects you to the divine essence within through a variety of practices such as chakra activation, prana activation and breath awareness. Graduates enjoy being balanced and grounded on and off the mat.
You will develop as a teacher who is comfortable speaking and leading from the heart center. You will master attuning to Divine Feminine energy and use it to hold a presence that invites your students into their bodies and hearts. A special focus on service enhances your training as a leader. The inner energy work supports your personal and professional growth, transforming your relationship to self and others.

Program requirements include:
Prerequisite: Completion of a 200-hour RYT certification
300 hours of coursework (in-person or online)
100 hours of teaching Kali Natha Yoga
A video teaching demonstration for final assessment
A yoga-relevant service project of your choice and direction (e.g., guiding Kali Natha Yoga meditations to patients of a substance abuse treatment center or introducing Kali Natha Yoga breath practices in a corporate setting).
